As a company, the health of our employees has been our first priority. We have also reviewed our technological infrastructure.
Immediately after the cases were announced in our country, we disinfected our factory and all our vehicles and made it periodic. We gave hygiene training to the employees. We adjusted the workspaces according to social distancing. We took advantage of the short-term work allowance and switched to a rotating work system. We supported employees and their families with masks, gloves and disinfectants. We have given our employees who are not feeling well the opportunity to use leave without giving excuses.
We saw how important technological infrastructure is during the pandemic process and agreed to accelerate investments in these areas other than individuals. Technology is part of our lives, and those who don't adapt to it will unfortunately not survive. As Metsan, we have accelerated our work in the field of technology and IT.
In the new period, new opportunities will arise for companies with high technological infrastructure and production diversity. For this, knowledge and experience become very important. We have been carrying out promotional activities at home and abroad for many years. Now I think we're going to benefit from that. The interest of new companies in our company confirms this thesis.
