In the calm environment brought by the pandemic process, we moved our production facility, which was previously within the planning, to a larger area. We have completed our necessary infrastructure works until the normalization period.
The pandemic process has proven that Turkey is a very strong partner in the field of industry in the countries where we do business and are in market position. He showed this to everyone with his quick solutions on masks and respirators, since production should not be disrupted during the pandemic period.
In the pandemic process, we managed the process in the most effective way with the measures we took quickly for our employees. We implemented our measures with the dining hall seating arrangement, distance protection in the workplace, the use of masks, educational information about Covid-19 to our staff. One of the greatest experiences that our working life has added to us is that crisis environments are actually one of the right times for R&D and investments. With these experiences, we moved our business to the larger facility and strengthened our R&D team in this process. We have made new machinery investment agreements in order to increase our capacity.

The pandemic process produced commercially positive results for the lighting sector. Especially for many products that are not produced in our country, investment negotiations have started. Turkey as the lighting sector; has serious experience in production, design and application. Our European customers in particular have become seriously aware of this. I'd say we're hopeful for the future. If we coordinate our partners correctly while maintaining our advantages, we will have great opportunities ahead of us.
