The Enlightenment Days Event organized by Başkent University and Arlight Lighting took place between April 24th and 26th at Başkent University Faculty of Fine Arts Design and Architecture, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design.

Arlight Lighting, which took its place with its stand at the Enlightenment Days Event held for the first time, shared information on many topics of interest, from indoor lighting principles to automation. The place and importance of lighting in our lives was noted.
Lighting Designer Mustafa Seven, who participated in the program as a speaker, added color to the organization with his pleasant conversation and humorous approach. Seda Sezen of Seven Lights discussed the working principles in lighting design.
The focus of the workshops held during the day was the reflections of light in spaces, the effects of right and wrong lighting on human life, and the qualities of lighting that shaped the structures.
Ece and Oguz Elim gained great acclaim for their presentations on the design processes in lighting products, while Sodec Engineering General Manager Dr. Serhat Özenç explained the journey of light to the present day with a pleasant interview.
Sponsored by Arlight, Dr. Serhat Özenç and Metin Yazici prepared the book "The Story of Light". "This book, which opens every page to information, presents to the reader the story of light that began from human life and has survived to the present day."
Hilmi Güner Architecture Design Coordinator Vural Kocaoglu and his teammates prepared the presentation and discussed different perspectives on architecture.Then, the first film in the "Films With Light In" series, sponsored by Cicizen, was screened.
Arlight Lighting Architect Andaç Yigit and Electrical Engineer Anil Celik streamed the lighting principles to visitors and noted the importance of lighting automation.
In the interviews where valuable speakers added color, the topics of interest of the students were mentioned. In the section where the Arlight stand is, those who want to examine the products closely were welcomed.
