Four more city hospitals will be opened this year in Eskisehir, Elazig, Ankara and Manisa, the Ministry of Health said.
In this context, 5 hospitals started to serve, including Yozgat City Hospital with 475 beds, Mersin City Hospital with 1,300 beds, Isparta City Hospital with 780 beds, Adana City Hospital with 1,550 beds and Kayseri City Hospital with 1,607 beds.
Now, eskisehir city hospital with 1,81 beds, Elazig City Hospital with 1,38 beds, Ankara Bilkent City Hospital with 3,704 beds and Manisa City Hospital with 558 beds will be put into service this year.
The hospital, which will serve in Eskisehir, will have 279 outpatient clinics, 152 intensive care beds and 35 operating rooms and a high-security forensic psychiatric hospital.
Elazig City Hospital will have 227 outpatient clinics, 60 units of oral and dental health centers, 50 detainee service beds, 160 intensive care beds, 34 operating rooms, 150 high-security forensic psychiatric beds, 14 pains, births and maternity rooms where personalized maternity services will be offered.
Ankara Bilkent, which will be the largest city hospital in Turkey, will have 892 outpatient clinics and 150 support rooms, 696 intensive care beds, 10 prisoner wards, 131 operating rooms, 300 physical therapy and rehabilitation beds, 100 high-security forensic psychiatric beds and 80 painful, maternity, maternity rooms where personalized maternity services will be offered.
Manisa City Hospital will serve with 156 outpatient clinics, 122 intensive care beds and 19 operating rooms.
