It also underlines that baggage, which can be tracked in real time thanks to electronic baggage tags and RFID cards suitable for continuous use as an example of the internet of things concept (IoT), has started to make journeys much smoother.

According to GMW ARCHITECTURE, which states that the concepts of artificial intelligence, virtual reality and augmented reality, which are heard very often today, are also used in airports, beacons working with robots and smartphones can be instantly transmitted the information they need or a special service can be provided according to the personal information accessed through the biometric recognition system.
