ATALIAN illuminates Istiklal with energy-efficient fixtures


Istiklal Street, which is one of the first places that everyone who comes to Istanbul wants to visit, has returned to its former glory with its renewed face. Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality has collaborated with ATALIAN Global Services in the infrastructure and superstructure works it started in Istiklal Street last year. Atalian renewed the lighting equipment of İstiklal Street with energy-saving models and provided both aesthetic appearance and energy efficiency.

Istiklal Street, the darling of Istanbul, has a brand new face with the infrastructure and superstructure works launched in Beyoglu last New Year's Eve. Despite the adverse weather conditions, the world-famous street, which has been renovated as a result of careful work that continues 24/7, is inundated with tourists and citizens with the nostalgic tram also starting to work. While the maintenance and arrangement activities on the street were planned and implemented to the finest detail by the experienced engineers of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, the stakeholders of the project provided important support to the work.

Equipment compatible with the spirit of the street selected

Atalian Integrated Facility Management provided 150 caterer lighting fixtures in the renovation project of İstiklal Street, which was carried out by the Directorate of Building Works of the Directorate of Science Affairs. During the renovation, a meticulous projecting work was carried out to ensure that the nostalgic air of the street is not disturbed, the necessary lighting quality is established and energy efficiency is ensured at the maximum level.
